The logo of Ferrari is a black rearing horse. Why?
Originally, it was a symbol of one of the best italian war pilost – Francesco Baracca. After his death, it was Enzo Ferrari who was offered the priviledge to use it. In the beginning, the horse was only at the divers company documents and so on, on cars it appeared three years later. Until that time, the cars were decorated by the symbol of Alfa Romeo.
